3. What to include in your email
To help us respond faster, please include:
- The email you use to sign in to ezSpeak.
- A short description of the issue (what you expected vs. what happened).
- The room link or room name, if the problem happened inside a specific room.
- Your device and browser (for example: Windows 10 + Chrome, macOS + Safari).
- Screenshots, if possible, especially for error messages or unusual behavior.
4. Response time
We aim to review support emails as quickly as we can. Response times may vary depending on volume, but we try to get back to you within a reasonable timeframe.
If your request is urgent (for example, ongoing abuse in a room), please mention "URGENT" in the subject line.
